Help Guideline

Within this section of the Wizard's Decree you’ll find a place where you can receive help for any issues you might be having. This is also where you can come to ask any questions you might have as well. Our staff will be checking over this board daily to make sure that anybody needing support will be helped. Since this section of the Wizard's Decree is for questions and support, I must ask that you specify what sort of help you need by listing it within the thread title. So if there is a question you have, write QUESTION in the thread title along with the question. If you need support for something, please write SUPPORT in the thread title along with the issue. Examples of what we’re looking for are listed below.

To ask a question or get support, all you have to do is go into the Support section, start a new thread stating what you need support with, and then we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Please be patient while waiting for a response, we'll try to get back to you as quickly as possible.
